Teaser Poster For "The Amazing Spider-Man"?

I came across this poster on Movieweb.com and by the looks of it, it looks like a teaser type poster for the upcoming 2012 "Spider-Man" reboot. It's quite awesome and would be cool if it was really for the new film.
