OMG! Sally Field To Play Aunt May?

It really looks like the cast members for the new "Spider-man" are being fast-tracked through the auditions. It's just literally been announced (after Martin Sheen casting) that Sally Field has been officially offered the role of Aunt May in the upcoming reboot.
If this is true then she will sign onto the "3-picture deal", same with Martin Sheen. AWESOME!
